I have an enquiry on my account,I subscribed for the free trial on 20 March 2019,my account was debited on the 17 April 2019 within my trial period.My trial only ends on the 20 April 2019 as I did not renew or subsribe to the new month.

I requested a refund but there is no form to complete with banking details for the refund.

Please advise where to complete the refund form as I clicked on the link to cancel but it doesnt take you to a page to complete details.

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, Cherelle.
One order # was for the initial purchase (trial subscription) & the other was the renewal order #. Hence, you've got 2 order #. 
The refund request has landed in the correct queue & the concerned team has already initiated the refund. Hence, no further actions are required.
Usually the refund process might take 5-7 business days to revert the amount to your account. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

Thank you for your swift response.

I have subscibed to only one FREE TRIAL AVG product but I received two different order numbers therefore there are two AVG product confirmations I received via email, hence my request made twice to cancel both AVG products.

The confirmations Im receiving via mail does not have procedures for refunds,it just says the product has been cancelled.

I would like to know how long will the refund process be and how is it process as there were forms to be completed asking for banking details,how will I receive it?
