My AVG subscription billing was moved to resellers Digital River Inc. in 2019. In 2020 I did not renew my subscription with AVG. I got a new subscription with Avast which is also billed through Digital River Inc. I noticed that I was billed for both AVG and Avast. I requested a refund for AVG, which I received. In 2023 I noticed that I was billed again for both AVG and Avast. I requested refund again. This year I have been billed again for both AVG and Avast. I only have subscription with Avast. How do I stop Digital River from billing me for non existent subscription? Please help.
