Billing me but says I don't have account

I have 5 avg icons on my phone is am paying multiple  payments on my account. However AVG  says I have  no account. Added no adds over a month ago it is still not working. I have first the free account. Added $14,99 a month for something. Then add protection it's not working. I am ready to cancel  all accounts and go to a new service. Nobody  will assist me in identifying  my charges. Or how to reach Billing or customer service.
