I was just "chatting" with Harold re: a $49.99 charge on an Association debit card & he was going to refund the money back to the card! Then he ended the chat! I was replying to his offer when he decided (or his manager!) that he shouldn't be refunding the money. This makes me doubt the validity of this company! I NEVER authorized this charge!!! Are you going to refund our money?
