I understand that you were charged by AVG and unable to find any product information associated with this charge. I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with the necessary information on this charge.

I have had a look at my account and have no subscriptions or purchases but have had money debited from my card account. Does anyone else have this problem and how do I get this money back?
