Later it has been cancelled. We also see that you've reached our billing team regarding the order status & they've informed you the same.
Also, you've been suggested to reach your bank to check if the amount is reverted. Would you be so kind to let us know if you've checked this with your bank?

I'm the granddaughter of Alice Dierckx. She reached her bank account to check the amount, but it hasn't reverted yet. The first payment was made by the bank (Crelan) with the reference number 890719224689. She mailed a copy of the payment on 25 december 2019. What do we need to do to receive the money back?

We have purchased internet security and payed it with a wire transfer, after we got a mail from support to send a screenshot with the payment details. We replied wit a pdf screenshot of the payment details.
This was on 25 december 2019 20:15.
Still to date we didnt recieve a answer back from support.
Can u please send us an answer what to do please.
