Are you logging in to AVG MyAccount using the same email address you used to contact us here? If you are, we'd request you to share a screenshot of your "My Subscriptions" window where it clearly shows your registered email address. Once received, we will escalate your issue to concerned team for a resolution.
I have sent an email requesting the screenshot. We'd request you to share the screenshot in a reply to our email to keep the information private.

NOTE: If a product does not appear in your AVG Account, you are still able to install, activate, and use the product.

I just bought for another year and received confirmation but my account is not showing a subscription or billing? 
When I look under the link subscriptions, it says get one but I just bought one. HELP?
