Last month (July 2021) I was billed 54,99€ on my credit card, but I have not purchased an AVG product recently. It seems that my old account (with an old e-mail address that is no longer active since 2016) has been reactivated. Because it's an old e-mail address ,it's impossible for me to retrieve/create a new password. I only want AVG to forget me (= remove all my account and billing details) and to refund the billed 54,99€.
