I was charged on 2/22/2025, without prior notification, $99.99 for a subscription to AVG that was not supposed to be renewed until April of this year. Also, the renewal amount was supposed to be $23.88. How can I stop this from happening? Also, requesting a refund on the website is a nightmare as I keep getting sent in a circle and never get to the form.
