I see that you want to get the spam emails to black list/ white list. Please open AVG Internet security ▸ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Components ▸ Install "Anti-Spam " and restart the computer. Once you restart the PC, please follow the instructions in this article https://help.avg.com/en/avg_free/17/settings_spam_basic.html to get the spam emails on those list.
