Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows safe files are quarantined? How do you confirm those files are safe?

the black list keeps block normal website i use all the time before. not sure what is infecting my computer but avg is not stopping it

edge, avg chrome, normal chrome. they all do the same when it comes with a pop up. deep scan and normal scan has not found anything. i am not sure what happen but it just started today.
