If so, please click on 'See details' in it & then share us the screenshot for better clarity. 
Meanwhile, you can submit a false positive request by visiting this link. Once you submit a request, a group of analyst will review the site & whitelist it, if it is found to be safe or goes through the clean notes of AVG.

Hi, 

who can answer me to remove  "TRDizin – TRDizin; from the blacklist?

this site is a governmental site and needs to do work here but avg stops. I either delete avg or move this address to the safe list.
