Blank Screen when AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) kicks in.  How do I stop this? I have had this problem for over a month but have ignored it because it seems to be working behind the scene (I hope).  My wife's computer is now doing it (and probably has for a while because she is normally on an iPad instead of her laptop) so the word has come down that I have to resolve this issue or get another security package. Please help.

From your description, we assume that the User Interface (UI) of your AVG program is not responding & it's not a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).

You sent me an article on the "Blue Screen of Death"  .  Before I do all that, I want to make sure it is necessary.  First, I dont get a "Blue Screen of Death", the computer does not crash and I get no error message .  Everything works perfectly except AVG. I still see and can work with everything else even when the AVG screen is blank. So it doesn't sound like the article.    Maybe I should just delete all AVG and reload it.  What do you think of that?
