Blank Subscriptions

Hi Harold, sorry to hear about the situation.
I've sent you an email to send me the screenshot of the AVG My Products tab, please check your mailbox and send me the screenshot so that I can escalate it to the Concerned Team.

I have recently reinstalled my PC and need to reactivate my avg products, but whenever i go to my account it shows that i have no subscriptions (however it does show up in my order history) if anyone could help i would be very appreciative.
