Blocked Emails -Outlook Exoress

Disabling "AVG Self Protection Module" did not work for me. New emails received after following your procedure are blocked.  Rebooting the computer was also uneffective.  The AVG EMail component is causing Outlook error code "0x80CCC0F".  Please help us.

Did you disable E-mail shield (Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > E-mail sheild) and verify the status?

If you are able to receive/send e-mails, please enable E-mail shield and uncheck 'Enable AVG Self protection module' (AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Troubleshooting).

Hi,
None of my emails are coming through at all unless I turn the shield off. I have days of emails that won't come through.They are from trusted sites-why are they all being blocked?
