Blocked from Kohls website since I started using AVG. anti virus

Do you use a VPN application? If you do, please turn it off and try to load the website.  If you do not use a VPN, please disable individual components in AVG to narrow down if AVG is blocking the website.

Meanwhile, please ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.

Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner - Restart computer after successful update & check, if the issue persist with website.

How can I fix this.  I have been Blocked from Kohls website since I started using AVG. anti virus  
I can get on the site and sometimes it lets me sign on but if I want to look at my cart or find my coupons it throws me off their website and says it is blocked or sometimes says not available at this time.  I never had this problem with any other anti virus companies I have been with.  Can you fix this?  Why just Kohls and sometimes other shopping sites???
