The only identification I can see is a partial page drop down of retained and managed sign in name and passward. This problem occured immediatly following activation of my AVG products. Which reminds me,depending on the product, I paid for one to ten machines, but no instruction on how to update the other computers. Would be nice if the information were included when purchase is made.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you but have been sick. I believe the whole AVG program needs to be deactivated and reinstalled item by item until the bad one shows up

Since renewing AVG I can no longer input code number when trying to access the USAA home page. We must first provide user name and password and then request code number for security. When number is sent via telephone we have to answer in space provided. When attempting to enter a page p ups up with managed passwords and prevents the cose from being entered. Need help on this ASAP.
Thank you for clarifying, Ernest. Initially, we need to check if AVG is causing the issue. To do so, we can disable AVG protection temporarily. If disabling AVG protection fixes the issue, you may need to identify the component that causes the issue by following the steps that are mentioned below 'Disable individual compnoents' in the above provided link.
If issue persists after disabling AVG protection, then you can proceed to check whether AVG Secure VPN is causing the issue. To do so, you need to disconnect Secure VPN, if you're connected to internet through it.
Please try the above steps & let us know the outcome.
Regarding the instructions to protect other devices, you can follow the same steps on your devices to install, activate that are provided in the order confirmation email. If the operating sytsem of your devices vary, then you'll be able to download the appropriate program by visiting your AVG My Account.
