Hello Patti,

I understand the experience you are facing with the installation of Apache program. I suggest you disable AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) and try to install the program.

I am trying to install Apache Open Office but although I can download it I am unable to install this - it just keeps going round in circles and I keep getting asked whether I will allow this installation and when I say yes it goes round again without installing.
