I'm blocked from a site that I use frequently, at least 2 5 times a week. Is thera a way to unblock it?

I signed up for anti-virius Order for one year.  Than you re-cycled me through the process again for anti-virius Order # and charged me again.  I want one of the orders calcelled and the money returned to my credit card!
