This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Tell us which AVG application you use and the changes you made using it to your PC.
Do you get any error/warning message when you access the blocked apps?

I will tell it tommorow I have some issues with it. Also I will give the pics of that problem that taked from my mobile camera. Because I can't even open the files and don't share any files from my lap. Problems affected on it. AVG Is comes with some other files to my pc in a download. I can't think about the problems I can't know it. Please solve it. I am send these thinks tommorow.
