May I know what kind of error do you encounter when you try to pickup your Gmail accounts ? Could you please disable the Email shield (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=disable-avg-antivirus&q=how+to+disable+the+email+shield&supportType=home#:~:text=Web%20Shield%20or-,Email,-Shield.) and check if the issue persists. Please send us the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-create-screenshot&q=screenshot&supportType=home) of the error that you encounter.

Today, my Outlook started saying I could not pickup my Gmail accounts. I turned of AVG and it worked fine. Is there an issue with the latest update?
