I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > menu > quarantine and look for the blocked application. If there, you can select that and click unblock. I also request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, and click OK. When saving a document from a new program AVG showed a message that I it was a threat. Realised too late that it was referring to the new program and now it is blocked and I can't save my work. How can I unblock what AVG has blocked?
Hi Alok, This did not work. Still getting the message Cannot create: Access denied. any other suggestions?
