For business I have been asked to look at a website but my VPN is blocking it. It is a legitimate site and my client has had no security issue on entering the site himself.

Please let us know the type of website with which you're experiencing the issue, such as online shopping, streaming, banking etc.
Also, let us know what happens exactly while accessing that site, when connected through Secure VPN. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
However, in the meantime, we'd suggest you to try connecting to different servers (location) in Secure VPN to check if it helps.

Hi Yes I can. As well as the VPN I have your main Internet security sytem plus your tune up plus the Antitrack & the Driver updater. My machine is using Windows 10 v 20H2
