If you get this message when you try to connect very likely the problem is your firewall or antivirus.
The Internet Scrabble Club is rarely down. You can always check how many players are connected by accessing the main page.
If the server is not down disable your firewall or proxy and try to connect again.
If I disable VPN I can connect but it only lasts about 2 seconds
scrabble website will not open. Notification says antivirus program is stopping it. where do I find the place to unblock?
Disable the AVG protection temporarily and check if you are able to access this.
