If you suspect that one of your AVG programs could've caused this issue, please temporarily disable your AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure VPN & AVG AntiTrack programs one by one and check for the issue.
Refer to this article for detailed instructions to temporarily disable AVG Internet Security.
To disable AVG AntiTrack, click on the "Anti-Tracking" component and disable it by clicking on the slider button.
Similarly, disable AVG Secure VPN by clicking on the slider button available in the main/home window of AVG Secure VPN.
