You'll be able to connect through Secure VPN using any type of networks - wired, wireless, mobile hotspot.
Please clarify the type of websites that are not accessible, such as banking, online shopping, streaming sites.
Also, let us know whether you've checked accessing them after disconnecting Secure VPN.

Several websites were blocked when I started using the Vpn. I'm wondering if it could be because I'm using wireless Internet access? Does that make a difference?
It was newspaperssites and shops that were blocked. Govermentsites and streaming worked fine. It did not help with disconnecting VPN. I had to go to the shop for another Simcard, to get the computer up and running again. I use mobile hotspot for connecting.
