Since I installed the full AVG on my laptop I am unable to access (URL redacted) for my online shopping. I continue to get this error 'We can't log you in due to a potential security breach. Check your browser settings and try again later.' I've logged into my Coles account on my phone with no problems. I've gone through all the settings and can't find how to fix it. Can someone help me?

I ended up doing an online chat and they couldn't fix the problem, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, so it's now been escalated to the senior team.
