Please helpdesk, could you share the workaround for this with me as well? I've purchased and turned on VPN and cannot connect to my Synology NAS anymore, just like ALma Street. KR. Mark

Hi, I have just purchased and installed AVG VPN.  It won't let me access our back up system.  We have a Synology drive where everything is saved to.  It won't let me save anything or access anything while VPN is activated.  How do I fix this problem?  Thank you.

Thanks, I disabled AVG Internet Security and turned on VPN.  I still have no access to Synology.
