Hi, I tried to temporarily disable AVG. It did not help. I tried Google Chrome, Edge and Opera browsers. I was not able to log into internet banking in any of them. There was always a message:
"We no longer support your operating system or browser
You may want to browse our website using obsolete TLS 1.0 software. However, it does not comply with security standards, and to provide you with the highest level of protection, you need to use its newer version. How to do it?
Go to the latest system and web browser
Update your operating system including the Internet browser to the latest version. We then recommend installing security updates regularly.
Which systems and browsers can no longer be used to sign in
Android 4.3 and previous
Windows Vista + Internet Explorer 7 and previous)
Windows 7 + Internet Explorer 10 and previous
Windows Phone 8.0 + Internet Explorer 10 and previous
OSX + Safari 5.1.9 and previous

Hi, When I try to log into the ČSOB internet banking, a message appears saying that my operating system is not supported. But I have a current version of Windows 10 installed on my computer. Therefore I contacted bank support. I was told the error is not on the bank software side but on the AVG side. Can someone advise me what to do. I don't want to completely disable antivirus protection.

Hi, uninstalling AVG Internet Security did not help me. I was still unable to connect to the bank website. I contacted the bank hotline again. I was told they knew about the problem, it is caused by the AVG AntiTrack component in the AVG Internet Security. I tried to add the bank website to the list of enable ones, but it didn't help. Therefore I have disabled the start of the AVG AntiTrack at computer startup. That finally helped, I was able to access the bank website without any problem in all browsers.
My problem is partly solved in this way. Of course it would be better if I do not have to manipulate the AVG AntiTrack and, in the case of the accounting program, AVG VPN. Many thanks for your cooperation.

We appreciate your efforts Radovan.
We could see that you are able access the bank website after disabling the startup of the AVG AntiTrack.
However, to resolve this issue further we request you to uncheck the tracking detection option in your AVG AntiTrack program.
Refer this article for disabling the tracking detection in the AVG AntiTrack https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Troubleshoot-AVG-AntiTrack-web-access-speed

Hi Avinash,
I have enclosed additional information on my problem. Last night I installed an update of Windows 10 features version 1909 (2). Then everything was OK, I was able to access the bank website. But it only last until I run AVG test of my computer. Since that moment I am not able to access bank website again (in any browser). I tried to turn off the VPN first, then to disable AVG protection temporarily. Nothing helped. So I am convinced that AVG Internet Security causes this problém.
I also use the accounting program DUEL Ježek SW. If the VPN is on, the MS SQL Server does not start. If it is off, everything is OK.

Hi, thank you for the advice. Reinstalling AVG AntiTrack did not help, but disabling the option "Enable tracking detection" yes. When I did it, I was able to access bank website in all browsers. It is a much more elegant solution than disabling AVG AntiTrack at computer startup. Thanks once more.

Hi Radovan.
Thank you for disabling AVG protection temporarily and trying, this can help us conclude that AVG Internet Security is not causing the issue.
I see that you also have an active subscription for AVG Secure VPN which could potentially cause this. If you have it installed on your PC, please turn off the VPN connection and try to login to internet banking.
Radovan, we believe that the issue is not due to AVG Internet Security.
We request you to uninstall AVG Internet Security program and see whether you are able to access the banking website.
For uninstallation, refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software).
Regarding the accounting program concern, we would like to inform that VPN would create a private network which will have a random IP address.
This is to secure your original IP address in order to prevent hacking of your data.
Since it uses a random IP address, MS SQL server would have not started.
