Hi, having suddenly problems with e-mails not being received to my hotmail account, (but strange to my g-mail alternative account no problem). It is like they are blocked. Read somewhere it could be my antivirus settings, but where and how do I check this ? Having AVG Secure VPN and AVG Internet Security. Or is this related to the mail program it self ?

To check whether your AVG Internet Security is causing this issue, please disable it temporarily and check if you're able to send/receive emails.
Refer to this article to temporarily disable your AVG Internet Security.
Also, you can disable/turn off your AVG Secure VPN and check if the issue persists.
