Blocking videos from JW Player

Please make sure that you are using the updated version of AVG Secure Browser.

Open AVG Secure Browser.
Click ⋮ Menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen, then select Help and click About AVG Secure Browser.

The browser will automatically check for updates. If you are using the latest version, please uninstall and reinstall AVG Secure Browser once.

I am using the AVG Secure Browser.  I have an online course on ContentShelf.com that I can see the videos in on Google Chrome.  When I try to get to it through the AVG Secure Browser, the videos pop up, but then I get an error message that says "Error loading video, file could not be played."  The videos supported by JW Player.  Not sure how to resolve this.
