Blue error screen with Zoom

Hi

Since I have updated my AVG cover, I can no longer use the video on Zoom. I can join a meeting, but as soon as I press the video button, I get a blue screen saying an error has occurred and it then gets to 100% and reboots the computer. How can I get the video to work? I have made sure that Zoom has been added as an exception. I have turned off the webcam protection but to no avail. Any ideas out there please!!

Are you using AVG AntiVirus free? If I may ask, how did you narrow down this issue to AVG?
Since the issue persists even after excluding the application from AVG scanning, we believe it is something else causing this issue.
Try repairing or reinstall Zoom application and verify the issue.
