To confirm the reason for this issue we have to analyze the log files of AVG program but before that we request you to completely reinstall AVG using the AVG remover tool.
Please boot your PC into safe mode and use our AVG remover tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Hi, I have used AVG's producs for 4 years (2011 - 2015), and wish to renew again. I have tried to download your 30 day free package, on 3 occasions now. Every time when I restarted my computer after a download, I got a 'blue screen', which means I could not get my computer restarted to get into Windows 7. I then needed to start in Safe Mode, and reset Windows to a point before I downloaded your program. Can you pse. explain why this happens? I want to renew my subscription with you, but need to be 100% certain that it is going to work!

After the removal restart your PC and then boot your PC into normal mode and then start installing trial version of AVG internet security.
