Blue screen error in avgNetHub.sys

Hello Warren,

Please accept our sincere apologies. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.
We'll look into this and help you. Please let us know if you're currently able to access your computer or if it's still displaying the blue screen.
If you're able to access your computer, we request you to boot your computer into the safe mode and use the AVG Clear tool to uninstall your AVG Antivirus Free.
Once the AVG Antivirus Free has been uninstalled and all traces of AVG have been removed from your computer, we request you to monitor the situation.
If the issue recurs after the clean uninstallation, please write back to us. We'll check and offer your the appropriate assistance.
Thank you for understanding.

Re-installed the other day and so far so good.  Thanks

I am having this now every other day… AVG has become so intrusive in past few months I am going to ditch it. It even killed my laptop battery and restricts websites I have been using for years,

I am having the same problem.  Two nights in a row I got the BSOD with the AVGNethub.sys error. Ran the AVG Clear.  No BSOD today.  Not sure what the issue is but I will live with Windows Defender for a bit until it is resolved.

Blue screen error - "Page fault in nonpaged area" in avgNetHub.sys. This has not happened before – don't know if it's because of a new version of AVG or what. System had been rebooted about 7 AM, ran all day, crashed sometime between 3 and 5 PM.

Below is the basic crash information. I just need to know if AVG wants the crash dumps. I went on their "support" chat, and they said since I have the free version, I'd have to post here, and someone could "escalate." So please tell me if AVG is interested enough in their product to want the crash dumps, and how to get them there. Thanks.

Hi Shawn,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Can you reinstall the AVG and check if the BSOD occurs again?
If yes, kindly share us the screenshot of it.
