So am I understanding correctly that the AVG antivirus software is causing the problem? I signed up for the year - if I reinstall it will it pick up the fact I don't have to repay?
Hi-
I have run AVG Tune-up and AVG virus protection and have no system errors. However, I keep getting a blue screen Invalid_Process_Attempt on my laptop when it restarts saying it did not shut down correctly and needs to restart. Sometimes when I click to restart it again, it gets stuck in the loop. I have to manually force shut down, which I don't like to do.
Can anyone give me any suggestions as to why AVG is not finding/fixing the issue and resolving it?
Dottie
Hello Dottie. Sorry to hear that. Could you please let me know which version of Windows operating system are you running? Did you add or remove any hardware device, installed or uninstalled any software before this issue has occurred?
