I have been an AVG user for years. This time around (Feb 2016) I renewed my AVG protection. I also purch the AVG PC Tune Up program because recently I have been getting a "problem event": blue screen…c:\windows\mini dump\02176-39125-01.dmp. Don't know for sure what the is, but it dumps my computer. I thought that if I got the pc tune up program it would fix this. It didn't. Just would like to know how to deal with this issue? Maybe it is something AVG can not fix.
