The plot sickens! My Dell computer had so many "issues" with AVG 2015 Free and the BSOD "Stop: c00021a [Fatal System Error] . . ." That I just gave up and moved to my other desktop computer running Windows XP SP 3 Pro. Everything appeared to be okay, then I ran a scan and at the 20% mark (approximately) the computer simply rebooted! Please - someone with AVG, fix this. It's just going from bad to worse. I don't even want to think about running AVG 2015 FREE on my notebook computer running Windows 7!
