What is going on with AVG 2015 FREE? I posted a comment to this same topic, but felt I should post this question too. I have received the BSOD three times today while attempting to run a scan. I deleted AVG 2015 FREE, downloaded the latest version, installed it, and tried again – same results:
"Stop: c00021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process System progress terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 0x00000000 The System has been shut down."
Please, please help! I've tried everything I know to do to remedy the situation – to no avail. My OS is Windows XP SP3 and my computer is a Dell – heretofore I have not had any problems.
