Blue screen on MS Windows 7

After the last update of Antivirus Definitions, October 11, 2020, a few minutes after Windows starts, a Blue screen appears and computer resets. And nothing helps except uninstalling the AVG program.
Does anyone, please, know a solution to this problem?

I did as you suggested, but after a few minutes of running the computer I still get a blue screen error and the computer is resetting.
