Hi bought a new laptop for my wife, and downloaded AVG ultimate to use as antivirus.
After I enter with my email and password into my account and try to install AVG in the new laptop, the Blue screen error from windows 10 appears and the laptop requires a new format.
Did anyone had the same problem?
I thought the AVG licence would be able to use in 10 different devices, but apparently it isn't, therefore false advertisement.
