Bought 2 year internet security but i now only have "free" version

I purchased two products from AVG, i.e. Internet Security for two years and also for AVG PC Tuneup for two years. Why has my Internet Security stopped working? Why do I now only have Internet Anti-Virus Free, which does not work? I have sent THREE e-mails with a screen shot showing that "Your Internet Security Has Expired" when I try to open the "Free" version. Would someone please look into this for me? My patience is fast running out.

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. The issues might be because of old/previous AVG traces.
In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version.
Please follow the instruction ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool.
After the computer reboots, you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.
Note: You have to use new AVG Internet Security license number to activate your AVG Internet Security.
