My AVG Internet Security was going to expire on 2-28-2015 so back on 2-14-2015 I renewed my subscription, So I thought I did. But here it is 2-28-2015 and AVG says it is expired and that I have to renew it.
I have tried to install the new version NOW CALLED "AVG Preotection Pro" Anytime I have tried to login to my account I am told that the site can't find my account using my email address. BUT! I can get and recieve confirmations and news from AVG to my email address.
So what's going on with AVG, I have documents to prove my purchase.
