Bought an extension that I cannot install, because it did not show up at AVG

AVG TuneUp PC and Driver updater just expired (January 2024). However, over a month ago I searched the best deal on the AVG site and the one that I found costed euro 63,99 on december 12th 2023. This I ordered and paid via IDeal. Then it turned out that I paid via Worldline to a Dutch bank account. Looking up in the Store via the AVG TuneUp app, it says "betaald" which is Dutch for paid. However, AVG keeps saying that my subscriptions have expored and I can find no way to bring those alive again. What to do ???
