Bought AVG Abo but it doesn't show in my account

As it is written above I bought an Abo but when I want to solve problems that are shown in my AVG programm they tell me I need to make an Abo. I already received a mail that confirms my payment but obviously the payment is not connected to my programm even though my paypal adress is the same as the mail adress I entered for creating my AVG account. What can I do?

Did you try to activate the AVG program using the activation code?
