Bought AVG Pro yet still says Trial expires in 21 DAYS!

We are really sorry, could you please elaborate the issue you are facing with AVG? So that we can check and fix it. Also, AVG has released its 2017 version which has enhanced features and bus fixes. This issue is not in AVG 2017 version. Thanks for your understanding.

This is still a problem! Fresh windows install very next thing to be freshly installed on a recently formated hard drive AVG. Still this is an issue a YEAR later! Forget about me paying for another product when you can't even maintain a simple authentication program.

Wayne, i would not entirely give up on avg yet. Their latest version is somewhat buggy, but if you just use the regular paid for version of avg antivirus, and can get the 2016 version downloaded… it will be without zen and should work for you.

I am extremely upset that I have this same issue.  I purchased two years of AVG Ultumate 2017 Unlimited that specifically says includes:

All features from Internet Security
AVG PC TuneUp®
AVG Cleaner PRO for Android
AVG Cleaner for Mac
Protect & tune up all your devices from a single screen
Yet those items are telling me I have a 29 day trial?  I need this fixed or I want my money back.

Thats were i went to download under my subscriptions ultimate; doesnt say what year version it is but was done couple of days ago so should have been current. As for elaborating on the problem its verbatium the previous posts, i was a loyal AVG customer for years sometime id let my subscription slip and the authenticator (zen back in the day) would auto downgrade my AVG until i paid, then zen would auto upgrade me back to full no reinstall no redownload no hassle at all. When your curent programming team does as good of a job as the team from 2 years ago i might come back.
