Bought AVG tune up Unlimited - Software doesn't recognize it

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 month subscription) and it expires on 20th November 2017.
Since it is one month subscription the expiry date notification will start from the day you activated the subscription.
Does it show the correct expiry days for TuneUp?

Hi there, I recently bought AVG Tune up Unlimited, and the software is still saying that it's going to expire in a day. Does the software need shut down and opened again to update the status?  Thanks!
