Bought AVG ULTIMATE But endup with AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE

Let's activate your paid subscription as suggested below and check if that helps.
Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log in -> enter your email address and password. Follow the same on AVG Tuneup.
Please share the screenshot of page where you see AVG Antivirus free version.

I bought the AVG ULTIMATE in store and when I go on the AVG webside to registred my product, it only give me the AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE and if I want the AVG ULTIMATE they ask me to paid, ONCE AGAIN!  So if someone can help me out with this issue, I would really appreciated. THX
