Bought full protection, doesnt upgrade into my account

Today I bought an upgrade to full protection, however, when logging onto the connect page of AVG, it doesnt seem to work. How does this work?

Caroline, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I actually logged onto my page online and saw download, I tried it, and everything works perfectly now!
