Bought new PC and have paid 2-yr subscription for up to 10 devices. Installation completes but then no further prompts and cant locate any program to open & run… Could Window Defender or trial McAfee be a problem? Program show up anywhere except the original .exe installiona file and no shortcut appears, either.
