Bought subscription, but not showing as bought

If there is a solution, could you share it. Same trouble here. Lot of people have it.

All was ok until some months ago. I have read on your support site this was an issue you were working on.

Is it fixed by now?

I purchase the yearly subscription to avg. I want to stop the pop ups. However,I dont have full access to all the options I paid for. Its asking me to purchase again. I have bank records that show the fee was processed
